We mean business, which is why we pay three months' base rent in advance – with no conditions attached. That gives you security right from the start.
We conclude the right lease with you – depending on permit status and use. After a successful change of use, this is usually done as a commercial lease. A termination waiver is optional and agreed individually.
Minor damage and small repairs are handled by us promptly and independently. This means less work for you and the assurance that your property is always kept in top condition.

We resolve questions, requests or coordination quickly, transparently and collaboratively – as your direct and sole contracting partner, we handle all communication related to the rental.

We use the verification features of booking platforms (e.g. ID checks, guest reviews) and set clear house rules. For request-based bookings, we review guest profiles before confirming.

Do you own a property, a plot of land, or a commercial building? Planning a construction project or looking to hand over an existing short-term rental? We're continuously looking for suitable properties – to rent (Rent to Rent), to take over (Co-Hosting), or to buy. We're also happy to partner with you right from the start.
1-2 room apartments of roughly 20–50 m² are ideal, as are larger apartments from 4 rooms upward. Clear, functional floor plans and good spatial layout are important.
Optimal from 3–5 apartments per property – ideally with similar furnishings and layout. A central location with good connectivity is especially important here.
Particularly interesting with 6 to 12 residential units. We look for a consistent structure, good rentability, and the possibility of setting up a utility or laundry room for cleaning and storage.
Spaces with existing sanitary connections and the structural possibility of retrofitting a shower are exciting. A flexible room layout is an advantage.
Preferably with 5 to 20 rooms – ideally self-contained units with their own bathroom. Solid building substance and modernization potential make these properties especially attractive. Simple processes for check-in, cleaning and management are important.
We're looking for land of any size – whether for classic construction, modern rental concepts, or mobile solutions. Plots considered "too small" or "awkwardly shaped" for regular residential construction are of interest to us as well.
Individually or an entire yard. Our network is always looking for parking spaces. Garages in inner-city residential areas with a parking shortage, or larger areas in easily accessible locations, are especially interesting.
We reward referrals that lead to a purchase – whether a property, a plot of land, or another asset – with a finder's fee of 1 percent of the purchase price. Should your referral result in a lease agreement, we pay a bonus equal to one month's base rent. Simple, fair and direct – feel free to reach out to us.
