Welcome to our world

We are a young family who turned their passion into a profession! We, Franzi and Nils, share not only a love for a homely ambience, but above all our enthusiasm for warm hospitality and connecting with people.

It all began in 2022 with an apartment in Kaarst. What started as a first project quickly grew into a vision: high-quality living on a temporary basis, uncomplicated and reliable. With every guest we learned something new, refined the details, and developed a standard that now shapes every one of our apartments. Today we keep growing together with selected owners and are planning new projects – always with a focus on quality and a great guest experience.

At the start of 2024, we proudly founded our company "TwentyOne Apartments". For us, the number 21 isn't just a challenge – it's also a lucky number that runs through generations of our family. This number accompanies us at important moments, happy occasions, and even turns up now and then on a lottery ticket. It's a symbol of positive energy and joyful moments that we love sharing with our guests.

Our projects wouldn't be nearly as successful without our dedicated team. That's why we'd like to briefly introduce our hard-working helpers, whom you otherwise barely notice – but who do great work behind the scenes every day. Phil is our versatile go-to person for anything that needs tools. Whether it's a small repair, hands-on support, or creative solutions – he pitches in everywhere and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Technical Support & Social Media

Henny makes sure everything runs smoothly on the technical side of our apartments – whether it's a small repair or quick help with an issue, he's there. He's also bringing a breath of fresh air to our online presence, including photo and video work, and supports us with creative social media ideas.

Cleaning Fairy

Michaela takes great care and pays close attention to detail to keep our apartments clean and welcoming. Just like us, she places the highest value on hygiene and top cleaning standards – so our guests feel completely at home.

Interior Design & Art

Many of the artworks in our accommodations were created by her hand. Tabea brings her artistic talent and eye for interior design to make our apartments truly shine.
