We are a registered company, not a private landlord. You receive a proper invoice with itemised VAT – deductible as input tax for your business.
For several apartments or longer stays we combine everything into one monthly invoice. Fewer documents for your accounts department.
In No.4, No.5 and No.6 access is via a key box, regardless of time or day. In No.2 and No.3 we hand over in person – by arrangement also late after work or at the end of a shift.
We communicate in writing in your team's language – whichever that may be. In person we speak German, English and Spanish.
For contractors we always set up single beds – nobody shares a bed. The sofa beds in No.4, No.5 and No.6 are full beds with slatted frame and mattress; in No.2 and No.3 they are sofa beds with an additional topper.
You get a direct mobile number, not a hotline. For questions or short-notice changes you reach us straight away.
In total we can accommodate up to 20 people. The sleeping arrangements below are shown as set up for contractors: one separate bed each.
Three of our apartments are in the same building on Ludgerusstraße in Kaarst. For teams that means one journey, one meeting point, one contact – together room for eleven people.

Note on No.3 Krefeld: the apartment has six sleeping places but only one bathroom. For contractor teams we therefore let it to a maximum of five people.

From Martinusstraße it is 650 m to the A52, from Dohmenstraße 2.3 km to the A44 and from Ludgerusstraße 4.5 km to the A57.
Apartments No.4, No.5 and No.6 are right beside the cycling arena – practical for clubs, associations and competitors.
At No.2 the supermarket is 20 metres away, at No.3 around 800 metres. From Ludgerusstraße it is roughly two kilometres.
Kaarst and Krefeld are well connected to Düsseldorf, Neuss, Meerbusch and Mönchengladbach.
No.4, No.5 and No.6 are on a quiet residential street. No.2 and No.3 are more conveniently placed for traffic, but on busier roads.
For shift changes or team rotation we arrange interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels – for a fee, also at short notice.
