We are a registered company, not a private landlord. You receive a proper invoice with itemised VAT – deductible as input tax for your business.
For several apartments or longer stays we combine everything into one monthly invoice. Fewer documents for your accounts department.
In No.4, No.5 and No.6 access is via a key box, regardless of time or day. In No.2 and No.3 we hand over in person – by arrangement also late after work, on arrival at night or directly at the building site.
We communicate in writing in your team's language – whichever that may be. In person we speak German, English and Spanish.
For contractors we always set up single beds – nobody shares a bed. The sofa beds in No.4, No.5 and No.6 are full beds with slatted frame and mattress; in No.2 and No.3 they are sofa beds with an additional topper.
Coffee, a pack of pasta with pesto, water and dishwasher and laundry pods are ready for you – so a late arrival doesn't have to start with a trip to the supermarket.

In total we can accommodate 19 people. The sleeping arrangements below are shown as set up for contractors: one separate bed each.
Three of our apartments are in the same building on Ludgerusstraße in Kaarst. For teams that means one journey, one meeting point, one contact – together room for eleven people. Each apartment can also be booked individually.

From 21 days onwards we clean every 14 days, including a change of bed linen and towels. Beyond that, additional interim cleans are possible, for example when staff rotate – as is a change of bed linen and towels without cleaning. Both are chargeable and can also be arranged at short notice.
From Martinusstraße it is 650 m to the A52, from Dohmenstraße 2.3 km to the A44 and from Ludgerusstraße 4.5 km to the A57.
Apartments No.4, No.5 and No.6 are right beside the cycling arena – practical for clubs, associations and competitors.
At No.2 the supermarket is 20 metres away, at No.3 around 800 metres. From Ludgerusstraße it is roughly two kilometres.
The station is about 600 metres from No.4, No.5 and No.6, around one kilometre from No.2 and three kilometres from No.3.
At No.4, No.5 and No.6 an Italian restaurant with a terrace is 500 metres away, with further restaurants, takeaways and a bakery about one kilometre. At No.2 and No.3 everything is within roughly 500 metres. Specific recommendations are in our digital guest guide once you have booked.
No.4, No.5 and No.6 are on a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic. No.2 and No.3 are more conveniently placed for traffic, but on busier roads.
