Our House Rules

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Where available, a seating area with an ashtray is provided on the terrace or balcony.

• No.2: please smoke in front of the building.
• No.3: please smoke on the opposite side of the street. The residents' bedrooms are on the ground floor facing the street – smoking or phone calls right outside can be disruptive, especially in the later evening and night hours.

Quiet Hours

Legal quiet hours apply Monday to Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and all day on Sundays – please keep noise to a minimum during this time and avoid running the washing machine or dryer.

Events & Parties

Events or parties are not permitted in the apartment or its outdoor area.

Pets

Unfortunately, bringing pets is not permitted.

Number of Guests & Visitors

The apartment is rented exclusively for the registered number of guests. Unregistered visitors are only welcome during the day (8:00 AM–10:00 PM) and with our knowledge.

Waste Separation

We value correct waste separation:

Please just leave batteries, glass or other special waste in the apartment – we'll take care of proper disposal.

Smoke Detector

If the smoke detector beeps at long intervals, the battery is running low – just let us know and we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Energy & Electric Vehicles

Charging electric vehicles via the apartment's power outlets is only permitted with our prior agreement. We also ask you to use heating and electricity responsibly.

Handling of Furnishings

We ask you to handle furniture and fittings with care. Please let us know promptly about any damage or irregularities so we can take care of it.

When Leaving the Apartment

Please close windows and doors, turn off the TV and lights, and turn the heating down to level 2 whenever no one is in the apartment.

Parking Considerately

If you need to park on the street, please make sure not to block any neighbors' driveways or access routes.

Check-out Checklist

At check-out, these points help us prepare everything for the next guests:

✓ Close windows, turn off lights, lower the blinds (if available)
✓ During the heating season: set radiators to level "2"
✓ Take food and drinks with you
✓ Clean dishes, cutlery and glasses and put them away
✓ Strip duvets, pillows and towels and leave them ready in the bathroom
✓ Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins
✓ Report any damage or mess briefly via WhatsApp/SMS
✓ Leave the key as agreed with you
